Over the years, many different camps have sprouted at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, KS. Every September, friends and families come together to share a year full of memories, build and decorate village's and play lots and lots of music. Carp Camp, or Gatherin’ in the Grass as it was originally known, is one such phenomenon. Carp Camp started as a group of Kansans trying to find a dry place to camp and has evolved into to a multi-national family of contest winning crazies marching in the wrist band parade.  Come join the orchestra or bring a chair and listen.  There is always room for weird and everyone is welcome.  Who is Carp Camp and what are they really like?  Click on the carp and see!
